1. Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: At the moment, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding to international shipping soon, so stay tuned! 🌍
If you’re outside the U.S., you can sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we launch worldwide shipping.
2. Q: How long does shipping take?
A: U.S. Orders: Typically 3–7 business days after processing.
(Processing time is usually 1–3 business days.)
3. Q: Can I track my order?
A: Of course. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
4. Q: What if my package is late or lost?
A: If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected time frame, contact us right away. We’ll help you track the package with the carrier until it’s resolved. Please note: we do not issue refunds for late or lost packages once they have been shipped.
For delivery issues after shipping, customers must also reach out directly to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) with the tracking number provided.
5. Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Yes — we accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Original tags must be attached. Items without tags, or with signs of wear, washing, or damage, will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
6. Q:What sizes do you offer?
A: Most of our clothing is available in sizes S–5XL. Please check the size guide on each product page for exact measurements.
7. Q:Are your products sustainable?
A: Yes — Street Savvy Clothing uses organic cotton, recycled polyester, and eco-friendly blends whenever possible. We believe in Style with Purpose.
8. Q: Can I customize a design or request a different product?
A: At the moment, we don’t offer custom designs for individual orders. But stay tuned — we’re working on expanding this option in the future.

We work with multiple production partners, so depending on what you order, your package(s) may arrive on different days. Don’t worry — you’ll get tracking for each shipment.
